CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel or move your appointment we ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation notice of your scheduled appointment. A credit card is required prior to reserving all appointments. A 50% fee of the service will be charged only if the 24 hour cancellation of your service is not honored.
WEB BOOKING CANCELLATIONS: If you booked and pre-paid for your appointment through our on-line booking option, you may also login to cancel your appointment online. The amount you pre-paid will remain on your Tousled Account as a credit for future service and/or product up to a year from the date you originally cancelled.
If you were unable to cancel 24 hours before your appointment you must call the salon to cancel your appointment. The amount you pre-paid online (minus the $30 online cancellation fee) will remain on your Tousled account as a credit to be applied towards a future service and or product up to a year from the date you originally cancelled. If you opt to not re-book your appointment in order retain the remaining pre-paid amount as a credit back into your Credit/Debit Card, there is a $30.00 credit card processing fee.
RESERVATIONS: A credit card is required prior to reserving all appointments. If you do not wish to submit a credit card number to pre-book your reservation, please feel free to walk-in the same day of your needed service and based upon stylist availability we will do our best to accommodate you.
LATE ARRIVALS: If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, please call us at 201.309.1200 immediately so that we can adjust/modify our schedules and notify the guest(s) that may be scheduled after you of their appointment-time adjustments.
